Whatcom Women's Network Website Administration Policy & Procedures

Members and authorized vendors making changes to the Whatcom Women's Network website may only do so with authorization of the Director or approval of the membership at a regular meeting or via email consensus. Members shall approve all substantive changes to the contents of the website re: both text and design and such approval must be noted in the Minutes. Website administrators are permitted to update and delete time-sensitive postings as needed, and members may make or request changes to their contact information and business biographies as needed. All content including any links to outside content must be professional in nature to reflect positively upon all members. Care should be taken to avoid potentially offensive content. Anyone with a concern about website content should contact the Director and current member serving as website administrator, who are instructed to either take action immediately as needed, or to consult with members if appropriate for further discussion and group decision making.
